Palazzo Brunelleschi overlooks Piazza Gramsci in the centre of Castelfiorentino, facing the Teatro del Popolo — the oldest theatre in the Valdelsa — which comes alive with light and performances in the evening, set along the ancient Via Francigena.

This historic palazzo, restored with contemporary design, spans four levels. Eleven bright apartments with high ceilings and travertine bathrooms: studios and one-bedroom apartments designed for extended stays or shorter visits, reached by lift or a generous communal staircase.

The apartments feature high-speed Wi-Fi, functional spaces for remote working, fully equipped kitchens and interiors conceived for comfort and privacy. Florence is around 40 minutes by train, Pisa and Siena about an hour — a living arrangement that combines a central location, fast connections and quality of space.

More generous spaces where living area and bedroom are separate, offering greater privacy and comfort.

The living room, with equipped kitchen and dining area, opens onto bright windows or, in some cases, private liveable terraces of up to 70 sqm. The bedroom, furnished and finished with care down to the smallest detail, is an intimate retreat. Bathroom with travertine shower, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi.
